Lorys Aesthetics UK – Clinic Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Lorys Aesthetics UK — we’re so happy to have you here!
Our goal is to provide a warm, safe, and professional environment where every client feels confident, cared for, and fully informed.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and an excellent experience from booking to aftercare.
1. Client Information
To secure your appointment, we kindly ask all clients to provide their full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
Each client must also complete a medical history form within 48 hours prior to their appointment (or on the same day if necessary).
This information allows us to provide a safe and personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
All new clients will have a free consultation before any treatment is performed.
In some cases, treatments may be carried out on the same day, depending on the practitioner’s assessment.
All information is treated as strictly confidential and handled in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
We never share your data with third parties or send unsolicited communications.
You may unsubscribe from our contact list at any time; however, this may prevent you from receiving important appointment updates or clinic information.
2. Appointments
At Lorys Aesthetics UK, you can book your free online consultation to ask questions and discuss your goals — or, if you’re ready, book your treatment directly by paying the full amount in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled free of charge.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment and without a valid reason will be refunded 50% of the treatment value.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be refunded.
Late arrivals:
Arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a £20 fee.
Arrivals over 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the payment will be non-refundable.
Important: We do not offer a Covid isolation insurance policy; therefore, these cancellation terms apply to all cases.
3. Packages & Missed Sessions
Review appointments for Anti-Wrinkle treatments are complimentary and available between 2–4 weeks after your initial session.
If you fail to attend within this time frame, no additional “top-up” will be provided.
For Dermal Fillers, reviews are offered between 2–4 weeks, depending on the treatment type.
If a top-up is required, a £50 fee will apply.
Top-ups are only available for treatments originally performed at Lorys Aesthetics UK.
If you are feeling unwell (such as with a cold, flu, cold sore, or skin infection), please contact the clinic before your appointment.
Some treatments cannot be safely performed under these conditions.
The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment at any time if it is deemed unsuitable or not in the client’s best interest.
4. Children & Under-18 Policy
For safety and in line with UK law, we do not treat clients under the age of 18.
Children are not permitted inside the clinic at any time, even if accompanied by an adult.
5. Refund Policy
At Lorys Aesthetics UK, every client receives a comprehensive free consultation before treatment to discuss goals, clarify expectations, and ensure an informed decision.
Because of this, and due to the nature of aesthetic procedures, we cannot offer refunds once a treatment has been performed.
Our fees include:
A detailed consultation and assessment
Personalised advice and treatment planning
Use of high-quality, evidence-based products
Safe procedures performed by qualified professionals
Follow-up and aftercare support
While our team strives to achieve safe, natural, and beautiful results, individual outcomes vary depending on your body’s response.
If further adjustments or corrections are desired (such as filler dissolving or additional product), additional costs may apply.
Refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.
