At Lorys Aesthetics UK, we value transparency, professionalism, and fairness in every part of your experience.

This Refund Policy outlines our approach to bookings, cancellations, lateness, and refunds, ensuring that every client is treated with care and clarity from start to finish.

1. Free Consultation

We believe in fully informed decisions.

That’s why we offer a free online or in-person consultation to discuss your goals, assess your suitability, and answer any questions before treatment.

This ensures that you feel confident and comfortable before proceeding.

2. Booking Policy

To secure a treatment appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made securely through our online system or in-clinic.
Free consultations can be booked separately without any payment.
Once booked, your appointment time is exclusively reserved for you — our practitioners carefully allocate time, products, and preparation based on your booking.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we always aim to be flexible where possible.
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your appointment are free of charge and fully flexible.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice but at least 2 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.
If the clinic must cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g., due to practitioner illness or an emergency), you can choose either a full refund or transfer your payment to a new date.
Please note: We do not offer a Covid isolation insurance policy, therefore these conditions apply to all cases.

4. Lateness

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience.
Up to 15 minutes late: We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to fit the schedule.
Over 15 minutes late: A £20 fee will be applied.

Over 30 minutes late: The appointment will be cancelled, and the payment will be forfeited (non-refundable).
If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible — communication helps us assist you more effectively.

5. Refund Conditions

Once a treatment has been carried out, refunds cannot be issued.

All our services are bespoke, product-based, and time-specific, meaning that once performed, they cannot be undone or resold.

Our treatment fees include:
Personalised consultation and assessment
Professional time, skill, and product use
Clinical preparation and aftercare guidance
Follow-up communication and support
As results vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes, and refunds are not offered due to dissatisfaction with aesthetic results.

If adjustments or corrections are requested (such as filler dissolving or additional product application), extra charges will apply.

6. Package & Review Appointments

Review appointments for Anti-Wrinkle treatments are complimentary and available 2–4 weeks after your initial session.

If not attended within this time, no top-up will be provided later.
Review appointments for Dermal Fillers are also available within 2–4 weeks.

If a top-up is required, a £50 fee applies.
Top-ups are only available for treatments performed at Lorys Aesthetics UK.

7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

The clinic cancels the appointment and the client chooses not to reschedule.

A duplicate payment was made in error.

You are medically unsuitable for treatment (as determined during consultation and before the procedure).

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and if approved, will be processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method.
